Limited Replacement Warranty for Equipment

 Koldline guarantees that all eligible new products purchased are covered under the Manufacturers Warranty from the original purchase date. Warranty is One Year Parts & Labour and Three Year Compressor Parts.  This warranty is non-transferable.

 Any End users should not replace or authorize repair of any equipment without approved consent of a Koldline Representative. Cost incurred in such repairs will be at the end user’s expense and will void the warranty.

 Liability under this Warranty is limited to replacing the defective product. The replacement cost will not exceed the original purchase price.

The on-site warranty applies to regular week day hours. Costs associated with holidays, weekends, evening or rush service calls will be the responsibility of the end user.

 Remote geographic locations may limit guarantee to a parts only warranty.  Any questions regarding a remote location should be clarified at the time of purchase.

Shipping fees will not be covered as part of the standard warranty.

 Coverage Limitations

This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

·         Intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, alterations, or damage (including vandalism, foreign object impacts, improper handling, tipping the product on its side, maintenance, storage, use of incompatible accessories, or harmful chemicals), or damage due to fire, flooding, or Acts of God.

·         Damage caused by power surges, or inconsistent voltage (such as generator use).

·         Assembly, installation, or use in violation of Koldline’s guidelines (including product-specific restrictions and weight limits).

·         Abnormal or unintended use.

·         Normal wear and tear (including parts like gaskets and bearings).

·         Rust or damage from moisture exposure.

·         Unless otherwise stated, all Koldline products are intended for commercial use only.

·         Gas, plumbing, and electrical connections must be completed by a qualified installer. Calibrations and adjustments are not covered by the Warranty.

·         Improper utility connections, such as wrong voltage, phase, or fuel type.

·         For an end user onsite service call, Koldline will require a credit card pre authorization, until the technician determines it is a warranty repair.

·         Ambient temperatures must be in accordance with the model’s specifications.

·         Operation locations of refrigeration should be in a well -ventilated area meeting the products specifications and clearances.

·         Koldline products are designed to be always kept in an upright position, this includes transportation and operation.  Koldline products must be used in it’s completed assembly and without added accessories.  Tipping, tilting, or dismantling the unit will void the warranty.  Operation the equipment without all the original parts will also void the warranty (including casters, lids, covers, etc.)

·         Koldline warranty does not extend to open boxes, floor models, displays, etc.

·         Any workmanship or general damage must be reported to Koldline or a representative within 24 hours of receiving the product.

This Warranty does not cover parts and accessories (sold separately) or the labor, materials, or costs involved in removing, reinstalling, or replacing the product.

Disclaimer

This is the entire Limited Warranty for the product. This Warranty supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the product. It may only be modified by a written agreement signed by a Koldline representative. Koldline will not be bound by any statements outside the terms of this Warranty.

Limited Liability

KOLDLINE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF PROPERTY USE, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR INCONVENIENCE, UNDER ANY RECOVERY THEORY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY).

Koldline reserves the right to revise or terminate this Warranty at any time. Only products purchased between the effective date of this Warranty and any future revision or termination will be covered.

Warranty Inquiries and Claims

A copy of the Bill of Sale or model number and serial number is required for all warranty claims.
